These utilities can be used to calculate herd sensitivity (SeH) and system sensitivity (SSe) for sampling to demonstrate disease freedom in a population, using stratified sampling allowing for small herd sizes. Also calculates sample sizes and cut-point number of reactors required to achieve target SeH and SSe.
